01 About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the freight forwarding and logistics services provided by [Company Legal Name] ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong, to you ("client", "you"). By requesting a quotation, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

02 Our Services

We act as a freight forwarder specialising in FCL ocean freight, arranging the carriage of your cargo by sea (full container load), and providing related services such as documentation and customs coordination. We arrange carriage with third-party carriers; we are not the carrier ourselves unless expressly stated.

03 Quotations & Bookings

• Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to space and equipment availability at the time of booking confirmation.
• Rates may change due to carrier surcharges, fuel adjustments, currency fluctuations, or other factors outside our control.
• A booking is confirmed only when we issue a booking confirmation. Payment may be required to confirm a booking.

04 Payment

• Fees are payable as set out in your quotation or invoice. We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods we may offer.
• Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before the cargo is shipped.
• All fees are exclusive of duties, taxes, and government charges, which are your responsibility unless expressly included.

05 Client Responsibilities

• You warrant that the cargo description, weight, dimensions, and documentation you provide are accurate and complete.
• You must not ship prohibited, dangerous, or illegal goods without prior written agreement and proper declaration.
• You are responsible for ensuring the goods are properly packed and that you are entitled to ship them.

06 Liability

As a freight forwarder, our liability is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions, carrier terms, and standard trading conditions. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control. Cargo insurance is the client's responsibility unless arranged in writing with us.

07 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

08 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Hong Kong], and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
